Current Executive Director

Mr. Nicolas Esper, M.Ed.

It is my privilege to welcome you to the Independent and Private School Forum.

No matter the breadth and depth of your expertise and experience, the education of today presents unique and ever-evolving challenges. We strive to support leaders of our member schools in building capacity and excellence in education. Our goal is to provide our members with a plethora of resources and access to exclusive events that promote best practices in schools.

Our members are offered a variety of professional development opportunities to deepen their understanding of all aspects of educational leadership and administration.

We also provide our member schools with the opportunity to become accredited with COGNIA, the largest accreditation body in the world.

With so much change resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, constantly shifting government policy, and change occurring in all facets of education, it is more important than ever to gain insight into the shifting landscape.

It is my pleasure to serve as Executive Director of IPSF. As the Principal of a school, I understand first-hand the benefits of being connected to like-minded educational leaders. I invite you to join our organization and witness the positive impact it can have on your school’s leadership.
